To register, please complete the following:

1. Fill out the online registration form.

You may also print and mail a hard copy. [ADC 2009 Booking Form US.pdf]

2. Submit payment online.

Registration will be complete upon receipt of booking form and payment, due by March 15, 2009.

PRICE
US $1490

Due to successful fundraising efforts, the price has been lowered
from US $2000 to US $1490 for residents of North America, South America,
Australia, and New Zealand.

If you are interested in donating to the financial aid fund, please contact: scholarships@drukpala.org

The price includes :

-Transfers between airports and hotels.
-Travel by car or bus.
-Lodging in a shared double-room (starting April 7 - April 16)
-Full board during the trip.
-Programmed visits and excursions (other than due to circumstances beyond our control).
-Offerings in temples and monasteries: tsoks, candles, offerings for the long life of His Holiness etc.
-Organisational costs.

The price does not include :

-Return flight from your home to Kathmandu
-Airport taxes.
-Cost of Nepalese visa.
-Obligatory medical repatriation insurance.
-Drinks.
-Personal spending money.
